Hi!
I have a HP Proliant dl380e gen8, 12 bays LFF with a B120i card. My plan is to use proxmox and then trueNas on top of that.
My problem is that my drives don't show up when trying to install proxmox.
I have tried to change B120i to ACHI mode without success.
Do I need a lsi card with IT mode? And if so what is the difference between the 9211/9207/9220. My backplane has 2 sas-mini connectors and has 12 LFF bays.
Also what approach is the best if truenas will be able to see S.M.A.R.T values on the harddrives. I have one SSD and 3 8TB Exos HDDs.
