My TrueNas server will randomly go OFFLINE where I cant access any VMs or the Website until I hard reboot the server.
I have attached the image of the error I see on the monitor.

Details on your hardware, please, per the Forum Rules. However, from the error message, it seems you have a Broadcom 1G NIC on your motherboard that's going bad or overheating.

Thank you for the prompt response.
I removed the gigabit PCI card, but even when I plug in the cable to the onboard NIC, the system now will not recognize the network adapter, hence no internet

Its a HP Z400 with Dual CPU and 48GB RAM
1 SSD that the TrueNas is installed on and 2x 3TB SATA drives.

According to the HP Z400 manual, the motherboard NIC is a LOM (lights-out management) or IPMI port. It's not available to the OS for use. You'll need a new PCI-E 1G NIC.
