Hey All!

Hoping to get a sanity check before making a hardware purchase for a couple of backup servers. Specs of each system:

Supermicro SuperStorage 5049P-E1CTR36L
16Gb DDR4-2400 RDIMM's - 8 (Total of 128GB)
Xeon Silver 4215R
Seagate Exos X10 10TB ST10000NM0206 - 24 (240TB Raw)
32GB Supermicro SuperDOM (for OS)

Supermicro SuperStorage SSG-5029P-E1CTR12L
16Gb DDR4-2400 RDIMM's - 8 (Total of 128GB)
Xeon Silver 4210R
WD Gold 6TB WD6003FRYZ - 12 (72TB Raw)
32GB Supermicro SuperDOM (for OS)

To combat low write performance of previous systems, both would be configured with striped mirrored vdevs and kept below 60% pool usage. Two systems are required because they will be in separate locations. I don't believe I need synced writes so I didn't include an SLOG. Using Veeam on Windows Server 2019 writing via SMB on those Intel X557 NIC's.

I'd like to go with newer 3rd gen Xeon Scalable but availability is an issue, also is the fact that they are pretty untested at this point in time. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
