Backup for 21.04 application to reinstall on 21.06?

Is there a way to backup an application (PLEX), I have pretty much working the way I'd like, and restore it on a fresh reinstall of 21.06 when it drops?

I'm going to do a fresh install of 21.06 and recreate all of my vdevs/pools/datasets once it drops. I've done so much playing/testing pools, datasets, permissions, vdev types, etc. that I'd just like to do a completely fresh install from scratch. The only thing that would be handy to keep (backup and then restore) is one of the applications I installed and tweaked around with quite a bit.
