How can i know how many memory detect FreeNAS? I have 8Gb but i think it doesn´t find all.

What version of FreeNAS are you using? Version 8.0 didn't report it correctly, one of the version 8.01 betas fixed that problem.

On the left sidebar, click on System -> System Information
on the right side you should see a section that tells you how much memory you have
