Automatically set up SMART tests for all disks

When FreeNAS creates a new pool, it schedules a scrub every 36 days. Although that schedule might not be optimal (though no doubt opinions vary), at least it gets that happening with some regularity, and that schedule can be changed as appropriate to any given installation. I think it would make sense to do something similar with SMART tests--set some minimal schedule for long SMART tests (maybe every 30 days) whenever a new disk is added to a system. Thoughts?

There's already a bug ticket opened by cyberjock on this subject but I don't have the number, sorry.

Yeah, I guess checking the bug tracker would have been a good idea... https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/5851 looks similar, and says it's already resolved, but it only covers using the wizard to create new volumes. Cyberjock's ticket is https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/6436, and looks like they're shooting for something in 10.0.
