Which ones of these would be the best option for around 4pcs for a smaller business. Veeam, Aoemi backupper or just the preinstalled windows backup.

There's nothing wrong with the built-in tool, but many people seem to like Veeam's tool too.

Veeam works well and gives easy selective backup capability.

I have not used the Windoze built in backup tool in years but if it operates the same, you need to reinstall Windoze and then restore your backup. It's a two step process where many other backup tools will just restore the entire backup in a one step operation. But as indicated, the built-in tool will work. I've been using Macrium Reflect for a while now on Windows 11 and it works as well, but for a busyness you are required to buy an annual subscription. Home users get to use it for free. I have tried Veeam as well and a lot of folks here use it. I use Aoemi Backupper to sync a few folders, I have not used it as a backup tool. There are a lot of options out there.
