Hello,
I have TrueNAS-12.0-U3.1 machine with 3x HGST 8TB stripe pool and Dell perc h310.
today I have this critical message: ATA error count.

No SMART error, no reallocated sector. This doesn't look too worrying for the drive, but I'd check the cable.

What do you think about SMART messages "Error x occurred at disk power-on lifetime" and "Error: ICRC, ABRT at LBA = 0x00000000 = 0"

I read that as:
A cyclical redundancy check failure caused us to abort a command because we couldn't even contact the disk at all (hence no LBA).

Seems there have been 6 hours since the last error (currently 1072 hours up and last error at 1066).

Keep an eye on the CRC number and if it goes above 21, you still have a problem.

no error on console from 2 hours (when I cange the sata cable)
