I think I just fell down the stupid tree and hit a bunch of branches and I don't know what I was thinking, but I was trying to update the BIOS on my ASROCK C2550D4i and I think I just bricked the board. I've removed the CMOS battery and put a paperclip on top of the solder points for the CMOS clear, but it is still not turning on. I bought the board in August of 2015. I submitted a note to ASRock but being the board is probably out of warranty, not sure what else I'll be able to do. If necessary and I need to replace the board a possible board alternative that I can still use this memory with would be appreciated. Cheers.

What exactly happened? Did you accidentally install the incorrect firmware for your motherboard? If this board is less than three years old I'd encourage you to try contacting ASRock Rack and see what they say.
