I am an artist trying to consolidate approximately 20k reference photos from 3 separate computers plus an android phone and an ipad. Thought about RAID and whilst looking around stumbled upon FreeNAS so here I am. Back when the earth was cooling and we used dinosaur flatulence (natural gas) to generate electricity I was a VAX/VMS system manager for a while, so I understand probably enough to get me in trouble and will be asking a lot of questions. I apologize in advance for any of them that might be "stupid".
