Apps not working after shutting down the system

Hey,
I was on vacation for a few weeks and I shut down the server before.
I turned it back on, and now there are two apps not working (Nextcloud/Innich)
Neither can they be initialized nor turned off.
nextcloud: Waiting for pods to be scaled to 0 replica(s)

How can I fix it?

Well you can try adding some hardware - because at the moment you are running on air!!!
