SOLVED API documentation for FreeNAS 11?

Hi all,

I'm having a pretty hard time selling FreeNAS internally as a successor for our outdated and to be retired VMware ESXi machines. Reason: if it cannot be automated besides using a UI, it's out.

So I dug around and found: http://api.freenas.org/

Unfortunately the entire "VM" section is completely missing from this documentation. Is there an update anywhere online?

P.S. The alternative my colleagues are favoring is to use plain FreeBSD, a suitable bhyve wrapper and Ansible right from the start and forget about a UI ...

I'm pretty sure that's only in APIv2:

Documentation for the new API is available on the FreeNAS® system at the /api/docs/ URL. For example, if the FreeNAS® system is at IP address 192.168.1.119, enter http://192.168.1.119/api/docs/ in a browser to see the API documentation.

P.S. You (iXsystems) are a bit sloppy with this WWW thing, at times, aren't you ;) It would never have occurd to me to look on my system instead of the web.
