I want to add a (5.25 case with 3.5 inch drive) removable SATA drive bay to my machine. I am being a bit picky but I want one that does not use the actual SATA drive connector pads as the connector for the tray. I saw such a unit on the 'net recently and bookmarked the page - of course now I can't find it again. This type of cage seems to be quite rare.

On the cage I found the drive is mounted permanently in the tray and the SATA connector pins connect through the rear face of the tray to a much more rugged set of connectors which then match up with another special connector on the cage.

Can anybody please give me a name brand for such an item?

Thanks

Thanks GPSGUY,
That's the sort of thing I'm looking for. A nice rugged connector between the rear of the tray and the cage instead of using the flimsy SATA connectors.
Thanks again.
