Another hdd question

I have a nas with 6 drives, there is 5 3tb drives 1 4tb drive. I have had 3 tb drive fail yesterday and am going to replace this week, can I replace over time all the drives to 4tb will this increase the over all size of my nas

Any info appreciated

Yes. Once you have replaced and resilvered the last drive, the pool will auto expand.
