Well, today I started to receive email alert and see in console message like this: (disk are new, one week of use)

but in same time in dashboard pool appears with normal status green online :

other weird thing, no notification alert is viewable in console

So, with that kind of case, what is the idea? fake alert? new disk with problems (smart run on it with no detected problems)?

You do realize that you are using DM-SMR drives? There is a reason they are cheap. They are not suitable in a ZFS application.

Drive Managed, DM-SMR, which is opaque to the OS. This means ZFS cannot "target" writes, and is the worst type for ZFS use. As a rule of thumb, avoid DM-SMR drives, unless you have a specific use case where the increased resilver time (a week or longer) is acceptable, and you know the drive will function for ZFS during resilver. See (h)

1. Return or repurpose DM-SMR drives.
2. Buy and install CMR drives.

I'm not an expert in HDD technology and what's good for use with TN, so sorry but if for you it's obvious for me it's only acronyms with not always a warning in front.

So if I choose one model with "CMR" is it good or is it the same problem?

Do you have model in mind out of problems, I just need 2*2To for a mirror small use with nextcloud for 6 users

The ST2000VNZ04 is a CMR drive and good for ZFS

Is this an existing system that had been working or a new completely new system?
Regardless, complete specs of the system might be helpful in case there is something else going on.

Well this is a fresh install of TN13 on 128Gb SSD and datas are on new disks (mirroring) 2x2Tb on a second hand tower with old components , 16 Gb Ram not ECC, CPU AMD dual core A4-5300, Mobo is Asrock FM2A75 PRO4

It seems to be fast enough for what I need to use and I will set backup on cloud for datas.

Nota: problem was coming from one of the 2 new disks, doing some terrible mechanical noise randomly. So as it is new and under warranty it's gone back to reseller. Now server is using only one disk temporary (normally i get 2 new disks today)
