Hi

Can ayone help with Agent DVR on Scale please? I have an SMB share available to record the video but what ever file path I use (e.g.//mnt/CCTV/CCTV) it always gives the error in the log:

20:59:42	Log start
20:59:43	Media directory could not be found (//mnt/CCTV/CCTV/)
20:59:43	Error: Media directory could not be found (//mnt/CCTV/CCTV/)

Ive set the SMB to accept guest login.

That isn't a path... /mnt/CCTV/CCTV might be though.

Seems you're starting with a superfluous slash.

Im starting to think that SMB shares do not work for AgentDVR

Can you show the app configuration and the directory listing on the host please? I can't be sure, but it seems to me you're perhaps confusing host paths with app/container relative paths

One possible solution to this issue is to ensure that the file path you are using is correct and properly formatted. Double-check that the file path includes the correct slashes and that the share name is spelled correctly.

Another potential issue could be related to permissions. Make sure that the user account you are using to access the SMB share has the necessary permissions to read and write files to the share.
