I hope that zpool import works for you but if not, in the next posting please follow the forum rules (in RED at the top of each forum page) and post all your system specs and how you have the system/TrueNAS configured. This also includes which version of TrueNAS you are running. Please understand that none of us like to just pull something out of our rear-ends and hope it fixes a problem. We would like to provide the best information possible in order to restore your system quickly.

Welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please take a few moments to review the Forum Rules, conveniently linked at the top of every page in red, and pay particular attention to the section on how to formulate a useful problem report, especially including a detailed description of your hardware, especially detailing mainboard, HBA, and specific hard drives being used.

You've basically given no one anything to work with, so the responses will tend to be random guesses rather than anything useful.

Oops, @joeschmuck beat me to it, and now has me considering how to integrate "pull something out of our rear ends" into my little form response.

A nice virtual mug of Christmas apple cider to all who would enjoy one, Happy December 25th to everyone else, hope those in the US are safely arrived and enjoying time with friends and family.
