Advice on used Supermicro build

Looking through what they seem to have in stock, I guess these options are available:

Just to give you some first hand feedback, I have this board with an E5-2660 V2, 32GB RAM and it's more than enough for my needs. I'm able to transcode >7 1080p streams in plex simultaneously, I have 9 Jails running and 2 bhyve VMs with plans to expand in the future to ~5/6 VM's. If you're not planning on transcoding more than this, the second processor is probably not going to provide much benefit and is just going to cost more.
