Administratively Disable HA from shell

I've got a Z30, which is no longer supported, so I'm having to work my way through things on my own. Made the mistake of assigning the same VHID to two interfaces, and now, through a series of attempts to resolve the problem, find myself in a situation where I can't get into the NAS at all. From CLI when I attempt to configure Network Interfaces (option 1) I get "you can't perform this action unless failover is administratively down." I'm getting this on both nodes. So, HA thinks it's up, but there are no configured interfaces (other than em0).

So....how can I admin down HA from a shell?

Thanks.

ok, so it looks like it's going to be a midclt call, but I can't find a list of commands or any documentation.
