Adding more Hard Drives?

Currently I am running 5x3TB in Z1 and want to add 5 more drives to get to 10x3TB Z2. I am using about 7.5GB. If I buy an 8TB drive to move everything I can fit over to, how do I go about wiping the pool and upgrading to a new single pool without making a mess of how jails like Plex see things? Or would this be time to do a clean install of freenas and redo all of the jails and settings. Any thoughts on the best way to do this?

Export the pool and mark the wipe disks option.

zfs send | recv your jails dataset onto a different pool then zfs send | recv it on the new pool. Set the GUI appropriately.

Want to make this as easy as possible without starting over.
