Adding GPU to Ubuntu VM

Hi Been looking all over if someone else is having this isssue but cant find anything.

I can create Vm's absoutly fine in scale but sdaly as soon as I try to add my nvidia quadro P400 it spits out this error and I can seem to do anything about it.

I have attached the full error readout.
