adding command to docker startup

I am trying to add a command to NPVR startup. Where is the correct config area to add a startup command in the Docker GUI?

Still trying to figure this out.... Is there a way to add this command to the nextpvr docker startup? I am trying to get the PCI tuner to passthrough to the nextpvr docker.
