SOLVED add new hard drive not show after install

When I install TrueNAS I have 3 HHD, I added another HHD after installing but the forth drive is not detected in TrueNAS core 12 u3. I can see 4 in the BIOS.
camcontrol devlist not show the 4th disk.

That's going to need attention before anything will work in the middleware.

What do you see from dmesg | grep da ?

How is it attached to the system?

You say it's showing up as a disk in the BIOS? does it have the correct size?

Is there a possibility that you have a SATA port that's shared with an M.2 interface and you're using the M.2?

its is connected on the sata port of the motherboard. All hhd is connected to the same way.
is there anything i have to do besides shutdown, add hhd, bootup?

Find out it was a bad hhd. replaced with a another hhd and its working.
