Add a user to all shares cli

Hello, Im trying to add a "super user" to all SMB shares. There isnt a gui on this.
Can I post my smb.conf here ?

Super user isn't a particularly good idea, as it causes Samba to write files as root if that user is using the share. This can cause permission issues down the road. Well to be honest I am trying to gain access to a system that someone before me configured and left no roadmap for. We are moving it to a cloud solution because of the cisco java based vpn nightmares. So really I just need to be able to browse all shares from a windows machine. Whats the easiest way to gain access to this? Theres no GUI installed. thanks!
