ACL Error / Permissions Error

Hey Guys,

i tried to add a user for my ACL Permission, but it dont work :(
my ACL looks like this :

I cant apply permission recursively.
I get fowolling Error

filesystem_acl.dacl: Default ACL entries are required in order to apply ACL recursively.

I understand the error, but how i can create the ACL for a second maybe third user ?
