Account user not accessable

I have access to Truenas server through windows (that access with my user account credentials). However, I set up AOMEI backuper from my Windows machine to do a backup I put in the credentials, it sees the folders through windows explorer . However,once backup is started, it once again asks for credentials,....
(The program is unable to connect to the network. Please enter the correct credentials and check that your network is functioning correctly.)
ansd I put in the credentials and it wont take them, and I know they are right.
