If I create an encrypted volume, I have 12 GB of swap(6x 1TB). If I reboot, the encrypted volume is locked and swap partitions don't show up. Is this normal?
This is normal - when a drive is encrypted, it is "locked" (and encryption is done at the per-drive level) against all access. You have to unlock it before ZFS can see it and the system can swap on it, assuming that it has a swap partition.
So, if I unlock the pool, the system should start using it? is this what your saying? Because that's not what I see. Do I have to enable swap manually? Freenas never uses it again. It stays like that.
