I can't give any advice without actually seeing how your shares are configured.
Enable ssh, download putty, connect to your server and type 'cat /usr/local/etc/smb4.conf'
Copy the entire contents of your smb4.conf file from the scrollback buffer and paste it in notepad. Save and attach to this thread. Do the same with 'testparm'.
As far as clearing cached credentials goes, check this technet article. If you are using Windows XP, then google "clear cached network credentials windows xp".
