It's not clear from the image: is this a CIFS share and was the upgrade from 9.2.0 to 9.2.1.9? If so, a lot changed in Samba/CIFS between those two versions.

That is an interesting problem. Now for 50 questions.

• How did you upgrade from 9.2.0?
• What happens if you install 9.2.1.9 to a new USB flash drive and then auto-import your pool? Does the ownership of your files change under those circumstances?
• I don't read Chinese. Is the group on the right a system group or is it a user-defined one?
• Compare the GID of the groups on the two systems. Are they the same?

I have a feeling that what you will probably end up doing is having to recreate your group from the 9.2.0 install and then use the GUI to recursively change the permissions of the dataset.
