9.3 Upgrade Link Seems to be broken

I have tried to download the 9.3 Upgrade (by clicking on the 'download' button) from both Firefox and Chrome, and the link doesn't seem to work. Clicking on the Download Link for "Installing FreeNas" opens a save dialogue, whereas the Download Link for "Upgrading FreeNas" simply redirects to a new page (http://www.freenas.org/thank-you.html)

Any ideas?

Yup, that page seems to hate some users

Fortunately, http://download.freenas.org/9.3/RELEASE/ always seems to work.

I am currently running: FreeNAS-9.2.1.6-RELEASE-x64 (ddd1e39). If I use the "Upgrade" option, I should preserve all my jails, configurations and other aspects of the current setup? Is that correct?

Yup. Still never hurts to be paranoid and to backup your config as well as anything in the jails that is important to you.
