Hi,
I have created a new dataset through the UI and also taken a snapshot through the UI (in Storage -> Volumes).
When I try to destroy this dataset through the "Destroy dataset" button in the bottom of the UI, I get this red background (fine) and the popup with:
...
This will delete all files within the dataset.
I'm aware this will destroy snapshots within this dataset:
I'm also aware the snapshots are currently on hold for replication:
I am wondering whether the second confirmation is correct, or whether I am not understanding it's meaning:
The created snapshot does not have any holds (zfs holds pool/dataset@asd), nor is any snapshot/replication task configured.
What do I actually confirm with the second confirmation in this case? On the CLI I'd destroy the snapshot and then the dataset.
Should I file a bug report for this?
Thanks in advance,
Roger
The build is: FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201412142326
