I see that the fix for Bug #7783: "global name 'rsync_delayupdates' is not defined" is marked as "Ready for Release" but still does not appear in Updates.

If I understood correctly it was a simple typo, so it should be released soon...

Any ideas if it's possible to manually correct the typo?

I did correct typo manually, and was able to start task manually from GUI, will see if it will run automatically. But until update this is enough for me.

I had to reboot system before I could run task manually.

Hello,

I'm having this same issue with version: FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201501301837

Locally rsync works just fine but now when another NAS is across the WAN I'm getting this message when I try to manually run ('now') some rsync task. Creating a new rsync task is also having this same issue.

Any way to fix this?

Have u read a few posts above, there is a way to edit one line in modules.py if I remember correctly, and tasks should run fine if you run them manually, after system reboot it is.

Editing is just a temporary fix. Anyway I'm waiting for the upcoming updates which should include the fix for this aswell.

Scheduled tasks are running too after editing the modules.py file and adding 'self.' before the 'rsync_delayupdates' parameter.
