Nope, it's just the return of the much missed Manual Update option, for those who prefer to manually download their update file rather than have the system do it for you automatically. This can be useful if you want to go to a specific update rather than to the latest available update (eg you're 4 updates behind and only want to go up one update instead of all 4).
