9.1.1 GUI Update from 8.3.1 failed

I've tried to update to the latest version with the GUI updater. After FreeNAS has restarted, it was still on 8.3.1

In the /data/update.failed file there is a single line:
ImportError: No module named templatetags.admin_static
Should I report this as a bug?
