8.2 web interface not available

I set this up back in July and it has been running fine. Operating off a 2gig usb thumb drive.

I went to log in through the web interface today and get the error:
"Unhandled Exception
An unhandled exception was thrown by the application"

Doing a search, I found someone had the same issue, but it was in German..

I try to restart django as I saw in another thread, but that did not solve the problem.

Any help before I try to reinstall would be appreciated.
