Hi, I've stoppped my services (at least, it says it's been stopped) yet 5 GiB of RAM is still apparently being used? Any ideas why? Also, is it possible to lower the ZFS Cache RAM?

Thanks!

"Services" is a misnomer. The Dashboard basically bundles "everything not ARC or free" under the umbrella "Services". This includes the OS, libraries, modules, non-ARC buffer, applications, VMs, etc.

The ARC ("ZFS Cache") serves a very important purpose. Why do you want wasted RAM just sitting there being "free" and "available"? Unused RAM is inefficient.

To add on, you don't likely want to do this. Understand it would likely slow your system down. If you run another app and it needs more memory and there isn't enough free, it will take memory away from the ARC, so, don't worry about all memory being used. That's a good thing!
