40G Drivers - MCX4131A-BCAT

Anyone using the Mellanox MCX4131A-BCAT-X4 cards? I need a single 40G card and these are readily available cheap. If they have issues, could you recommend a better one you have experience with, anything that's going to be over $200 is out at this point as 40 is a dead-end and just a stop-gap at this point.

Would a dual work? Plenty of Chelsio T580 cards around. Just got one myself arrived today, installed it and TrueNAS CORE even auto updated the firmware on it to match the driver it has!
