OK FOUND IT!! I was getting crazy and then I thought to the UNIVERSAL REMEDY to all HUMAN PROBLEMS: THE REBOOT! ...o_O.[WINDOWS DOCET]
so I rebooted and now in every dataset and sub-dataset of my BACKUP pool, all permissions are EXACTLY as the original!

I'm very happy! :) Tonight I will add 2 disks to my original volume and then I'll copy back all my stuff....YAY!!!!!

(anyway...this is the last time that I do replication....next time I need space I will add another 6-DISKS-vdev to my ZPOOL)

Thanks everybody !

This was a very informative post, helped me a lot, thank you.
I don't know who is in charge of the guide but maybe something in this direction could be put in the guide.
The guide seems to expect replication happens over the network to another ZFS system.
I think this will be a very likely method for many home users upgrading their system.

Best regards
the enthusiastic newbie
