2 NAS in one network ?

as long as you got free IP addresses (meaning less then 254 machines on your lan), sure. Got 4 running atm, 5 later today

yes it is totally possible, it's just another computer. you'll just have to replicate your authentications across both if you want consistency. or setup a centralized back end for your user accounts.
