2.5" to 3.5" HDD hotswap cradle adapter?

I think all 2.5" drives are SMR these days (queue someone pointing out one that isn't)
As far as I know (which admittedly is not much), all 2.5" HDDs above 2 TB are SMR. Lower capacities, including 10-15k enterprise screamers, may still be CMR… if one can find them. And why anyone would go for HDDs in such ludicrously small capacities rather than for SSD is another question.

More to the point, the OP may have "reasons" to use 5 TB 2.5" HDDs, but there's no good reason to use these with ZFS.

When I said "reasons" I was being 100% facetious. They were bought in preparation for a build that will definitely never happen. I actually have zero need for 2.5" drives now, nor will I in the future. I'm actually having to use adapters to compensate for their FF in my current build (see post 1). My next gen TN build will use 8 or 10 TB whatever gets the least hate at the time I pull the trigger.
