11.3-U5: snapshots are not expiring as configured

Hi!

After installing the version 11.3-U5, I realized that all my snapshots are not expiring as configured.

All of them are configured for 1 week, but I'm always seeing 14 snapshots instead of 7.

Does anybody knows if is this a known bug in this specific release?
