11.3-U2: Rsync "Success" message times out/reverts to "Pending" message after indeterminate amount of time (before next run)

on 11.3-U1 and prior versions, the rsync task, if run successfully, would show the "Success" message for each successful job, and keep that status until the next time it ran. Now it gives me a "Success" which seems to time out after some random period and change to "Pending" as if i never ran the job. I liked the old method if this was intentional; if not its a bug. It has happened several times now. I checked to make sure the server did not reboot, which would also reset it to Pending and it did not. I have it set to rsync once per day per job, and have about 15 jobs. This happens at the same time on all jobs.
