11.3-U1 Importing Certificate not possible

Hi,

I try to import the certificate as an answer to a created CSR. However on importing the certificate I have to select the Singing CA as the CSR exists on the system. In this drop-down I can select between all the certificates, but not the CAs that are existent on the system.

Is there any work around via command line or so?
