Yes. It's a configurable parameter I added. Windows is limited to displaying around 1,000 snapshots, and in a typical workflow people don't care about snapshots with zero used space. This means we try to only display relevant ones. If you want to change the behavior, you can set the share auxiliary parameter shadow:ignore_empty_snaps = false.
