Which train I need to set to get that update?
FreeNAS-11-stable or FreeNAS-11.2-stable? I think the second one...

There seems to be a little problem in issue 59382 according to the roadmap... :confused:

using SSD as boot, went from RC2 - 11.2 very fast and clean. Both my Linux and Win10 VMs are fine.

I have one instance of FreeNAS running on EXSi in a test environment. Today I went from 11.1 stable train to 11.2 stable train (through the GUI). It was running OK but I must have been very sleepy because it was still RC1. In the mean time the release is published so I updated from RC1 to Release (through the GUI again) a couple of hours later. Again it went flawless (very smooth) and my first impression is that everything is running OK.

Win10 VMs are fine.
A bit of an off-topic question but are you running Win 10 on a FreeNAS VM? And if so, are you satisfied with it? I was warned not to do that.

Yes. Have been running it since VMs were introduced to FreeNAS. No issues once I installed VirtIO NIC driver instead of keeping the base Intel.

My update from GUI failed due to a mounting error. Messages log:

Will try to reboot and see if that helps before updating

EDIT;
After reboot i tried to update again and it worked perfectly!
I dont know if this matters at all but on the first attempt i clicked the "Check Now" button and it said when updating "installing packages 1/2" and this time i used the "Apply pending updates" instead and it just said installing packages 1/1 and worked.. so not sure if the button had anything to do with it or if the reboot worked but its working flawlessly :)
