11.0-U4 to 11.1 changelog deficiencies.

Although the stable-11 train suggests updating directly from 11.0-U4 to 11.1 the changelog with 11.1 appears only to relate to changes since 11.1-RC3. Only cosmetic, I suppose, as they are available somewhere. But it would be a bit confusing for someone who never read the forums and was unaware of the release candidates.

Or possibly I have misunderstood something.

Yeah, that section of the updater that pulls in the Changelog needs an overhaul. Please create a feature request at bugs.freenas.org and post the issue number here.

BTW, the GUI support form, even though it has a checkbox for supplying a debug log, appears to reject my submission if I uncheck the box, even for a feature, as opposed to bug, request. Or maybe it was because I didn't fill in the 'category' drop down, but that was not even populated. The error pop up was ambiguously placed so I did the report on the web site.

Thanks - I didn't realise part of that bug was not being able to opt out of supplying a debug file, but it makes sense now you mention it.
