Please tell us what your hardware is, what version you're running, how the system is configured and so on, otherwise there's very little anyone can do.

Although it's clearly something ZFS related. Possibly a very damaged pool. Boot or data pool? Who knows. Tell us more and we can start making educated guesses.

Suystem: TrueNAS CORE 12.0-U5 (installed Plex and UrBackup)
HW: AMD FX-4130, RAM 16GB (DDR3-1600), 2x3TB in RAID0, 2x10TB wo RAID

The system was used as a home media library and a backup server... The system has been in operation for over two years. It stopped working for no reason (no new plugins or updates were installed, nothing)... Here is such a sadness (((

So you have three pools plus your boot pool? If so, start removing disks until you can get the machine to boot. But don't expect to recover any data from the affected pool.

The system started after disconnecting the 2x3TB... How can I restore this pool?
