SMB shares not working after router/gateway upgrade

Hello,

I recently had to upgrade my Xfinity gateway and after that, I realized i couldn't connect to my NAS (trunas core 13) smb share even though nothing has changed besides the gateway


every time I try to connect to the smb share I get this error



please help me if you can

no, when I type "\\ipadress\share" into file explore it returns the error that I can't connect and gives me the error code I added a screenshot of

also i have only connected to the shares through the ip address
