Hello, Im running TrueNAS-13.0-U3 on ESXI 6.7.0 along with a few plugins. When I download nzb files/ TrueNAS crashes and i notice my storage utilization increases. I have 2tb ssd consolidated on ESXI 16g used for TrueNas OS and 1.6tb used for TrueNAS but for some reason it shows i have 100mb of available storage left. in TrueNas it says I have 1.3tb free space and Ive used 153.gb. I will kindly compensate anyone who has the time to help me troubleshoot/configure this correctly.

Kicking this out of the main forums; virtualization problems tend to be different from bare metal problems, so there's a dedicated section.
Your problem isn't really very clear. It sounds like you have a badly virtualized setup but I'm reading in between the lines there a bit. Perhaps you could identify which sort of virtualization strategy you followed, it's likely got to be one of

You make several comments of the form
failing to mention what exactly you're referring to; other stuff such as
which feels like you're talking about ESXi datastore space. You can easily run yourself out of datastore space especially if you're using thin provisioning or have taken any snapshots. You're going to have to go back and clarify your initial message especially including what the heck you're looking at and WHERE when you refer to space. You also need to identify your hardware, which is possibly virtual hardware in this case, to make it clearer what is going on.
