transmission doesn't log by default, but I know when the file was added and when it was completed and I have an ISP email showing the public IP which was leaked specifically for that torrent which was added/completed on Sept 16/17.

The firewall rules normally work successfully if I shut down openvpn, but somehow the tun0 allowed routing with the abnormal openvpn termination.
